Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Company’s Sales & Marketing activities which includes developing new business opportunities and ensuring that Sales Objectives are achieved in accordance with established Sales Policies and Procedures.
• To provide sales follow up service to existing customers and to grow existing sales channel
• Excel in building customer relationship to maintain good rapport with existing customer
• To work closely with Marketing Manager for customized solutions and new business development
• Require to perform full sales function, including follow up on customers’ interests and gather market intelligence, analyze market trends and potential.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years working experience in Hospitality/ Sales & Marketing or similar environment
• To be pro-active player and drive issues
• High level of energy and determination
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Posses own transport
  

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Inbound call handling / customer service via phone / email to   provide one stop service
• Responsible to receive, process and respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
• Responsible to attend customer feedback & complaint
• Continuously strive to develop and maintain customer rapport & satisfaction
• Assist in the overall communication program such as media relations, public / community relations
• Maintain & expand a database of current and new clients
• To assist Sales & Marketing Team in carrying out day to day sales order management

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 2 years related working experience in tele marketing, customer service, sales or call centre
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written with good telephone manners
• Pleasant personality, patient, self motivated & customer orientated
• Desire to achieve company goals and able to handle stress

Advertising & Promotion Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ability to organize and execute event, promotional activities and marketing programme as planned by the marketing department
• To support marketing department for all the preparation of marketing promotional materials and merchandise
• Assist in preparing press release for product launches and others marketing events
• Establish good rapport and work closely with appointed advertising agencies, media owners and suppliers
• Manage all advertising and promotional activities

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Business Admin/related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Marketing/Advertising & Promotion
• Creative, innovative, resourceful with strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong team player, energetic and able to work under pressure.
• Must be a self-starter and is highly committed and motivated to the job.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Operate DME Boat
• To comply with operational procedure at all times
• To carry out documentation of all activities such as trip records

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in driving boat
• Possess license of driving boat mate more than 500 GT Master Domestic
• Must possess certificate in Emergency Response Procedure & CPR
• Knowledge in OHSA / STCW

Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Work experience in cruise will be an added advantage
• Good personality
  

Promoter (Souvenir Shop)

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Computer literate
• Able to work on shift, weekend, public holidays & festive seasons
• Good personality, able to build a good rapport with customers
• Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
